Chi ama la musica, ma soprattutto chi ama ascoltare la musica attraverso uno dei mezzi più romantici che esista, il vinile, sa che aprile rappresenta un mese importante, perché ricorre il Record store day, giunto ormai alla decima edizione.
Il Record store day è una giornata dedicata a celebrare i negozi di dischi indipendenti: nata negli Stati Uniti, ha raggiunto in fretta gli appassionati di tutto il mondo e consiste nella pubblicazione esclusivamente sul mercato fisico (in teoria), di stampe di registrazioni speciali da parte di artisti di tutto il pianeta.
Come ogni anno si sprecano i rumors sui dischi che verranno messi in vendita. Nonostante la lista ufficiale uscirà a fine mese, The Vinyl Factory ha pubblicato un elenco di artisti che parteciperanno all’iniziativa. Niente di ufficiale, ma ci sono tanti nomi che fanno venire l’acquolina in bocca. Qualche esempio? Bruce Springsteen, Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Toto, Blondie, The Cheap Treack, Buddy Guy, David Crosby, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, The Lumineers.
